How can we book your services?
We accept bookings over the telephone and by email, alternatively you can complete the enquiry form.
Will we receive any confirmation of our bookings?
All bookings are placed on our dedicated booking management system and confirmation emails are automatically generated and sent to you. The confirmation has the details such as time, date, collection address, passenger name as well as the name and contact details of the driver.
What happens if our flight arrives early or late?
Our drivers track your flight and adjust the time that we go to arrivals. In the case of extreme delays or cancellations, we communicate throughout to assist you.
How do I pay for our chauffeur booking?
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit cards, cheques, and cash.
For some of our events, we may need a number of vehicles, can you assist?
Please discuss your requirements with us as we own one of the largest fleets of Mercedes of cars and MPVs in the south. In addition to our own vehicles, we work with a network of trusted owner drivers to effectively extend our fleet.
Can we eat and drink in the vehicle?
In our vehicles we provide chilled still and sparkling waters for journeys and we allow guests to have their own refreshments.
Do you provide WiFi in your cars?
We have WiFi dongles available upon request.
We try to plan our travel in advance but sometimes we have to travel at short notice, would this be a problem?
Of course we always like to have as much notice as possible, weddings can often be booked 18 months in advance but as we have a large fleet of cars we can often respond to requests with just notice of an hour or two.
Our company prefers to run an account rather than our members of staff paying for each journey, is that possible?
Yes, we are more than happy to set up business accounts and provide monthly consolidated invoices.

Do you provide child seats?
Depending on your requirements, we have a range child seats and boosters plus we have a 5-point child seat.
If we leave our cruise ship in the morning but don’t need to be at the destination until mid-afternoon, is there anything you can suggest we can do?
